Hi, We just got back from Lima and had a wonderful time! We rented this apartment in Miraflores for 5 nights. The penthouse is on the 15th and 16th floors, and the location is ideal! We walked to shopping, the beach and the theater. Everything was very close, and we felt very safe walking around Miraflores. The apartment had everything we needed, and more! The views from the 16th floor patio (very large) were beautiful; we spent a lot of time out on the patio. I highly recommend this apartment to rent. The renters (Edward and his wife) were wonderful and answered all of our questions and took care of everything we needed. We had a wonderful time in this rental, I highly recommend staying here! 05/15/ Positive Beautiful place, within walking distance of everthing in Miraflores. The owner is very pleasant to deal with, and extremely helpful. The view is spectacular. I can't think of anything negative to say about the place. Cheaper than a hotel and much nicer. I will stay again any time I go to Lima. Jon

03/10/ Positive I stayed here for a month in February upon the recommendation of others and was very pleased. The owners (american/peruvian couple) were a pleasure to deal with. I was a single guy and all my dates were suitably impressed. It was very close (walking distance) to every thing I needed and I felt safe in the surrounding neighborhood regardless of time. 03/02/ Positive I had the pleasure of staying at this apartment on several occasions. It was brand new, beautifully furnished and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. The views from the terrace were to die for. I have recommended it to all my business associates as it is about a 1/3 the price of a suite at the Marriott and a lot more private!
